Eight founding residents. Locked in before we open.

Eight founding residents — one per suite — are being placed before opening. Each gets a twelve-month block at $40,000, twenty percent below the published annual rate of $50,000 and thirty-three percent below the monthly rate.

The rate locks at signing. You choose when to use your twelve months any time after opening. The rate carries through every renewal year for as long as you remain a resident — for life, in practice.

Refundable up to 60 days before opening. Selection is still by application — this is the path for the eight who’d rather lock terms now than wait.
